Darul Ma’arif Islamic Boarding School Kaplongan Indramayu once again held a slaughtering event in the context of Eid al -Adha 1446 H/2025 AD The solemn event was attended by Ustadz Ustadzah, all sons of Putra Putri, local residents and the leaders of the foundation, including the Chairperson of the Trustees of the Foundation, KH. Dedi Wahidi on Sunday (06/08/2025).

In this activity, Darul Ma’arif Kaplongan Islamic Boarding School cut a number of qurban animals consisting of 3 cows and 3 goats. The foundation management, Ustadz Ustadzah, Santri Putra Putri and the surrounding community participated in the implementation and distribution of qurban meat to those who were entitled to receive it.

KH. Dedi Wahidi, in his remarks, expressed his gratitude and hope that the spirit of sacrifice further foster a sense of togetherness and social care in the community.

“Eid al -Adha is a very special momentum for all of us, because it contains the meaning of sacrifice and sincerity. I hope that through this qurban activity, we can all learn to care more and share with others,” said KH. Dedi Wahidi.

He also added that this activity was a tangible manifestation of the values ​​taught at the Darul Ma’arif Kaplongan Islamic Boarding School, namely the spirit of sharing and togetherness.

“Hopefully Allah accepts our qurban worship deeds and give blessings to all of us. Let’s maintain this spirit, not only during Eid al -Adha, but throughout the year,” he continued.

Meanwhile, the treasurer of the Mrs. Hj Foundation. Kumayah said that the sacrifice of the sacrificial meat would be distributed to the surrounding community, Asatidz Asatidzah Pondok, Santri Son and Educators in Nine Darul Ma’arif Foundation Institutions, Foundation Staff, as well as the poor and the surrounding community who were entitled to receive it.

“I and the extended family of the Darul Ma’arif Kaplongan Foundation gave this sacrificial animal in the hope that it can be useful for those who are entitled to receive it. I leave all these sacrificial animals to the committee to be slaughtered and distributed to the workers here, Ustadz Ustadzah, and the surrounding community who are entitled to receive it,” said Hj. Kumayah.

The Qurban Cutting event at the Darul Ma’arif Islamic Boarding School in Indramayu was closed with a joint prayer led by Kyai Sanuri, S.Pd.I, he begged Allah SWT so that all the charity of the qurban worship was accepted and blessed.
