Lots 13 Best Students of Nu Kaplongan Indramayu High School participate in Leadership Camp, Inauguration, and Inauguration of Management and Members of the West Java OSIS Forum which was held at Telkom University, Bandung Regency, on Saturday (9/082025).

This prestigious activity is an important event for OSIS management in West Java to broaden leadership insights, strengthen collaboration, and strengthen the organization’s network at the provincial level.

This event was held directly by West Java OSIS Forum And attended by student council representatives from various districts/cities, including delegations from Indramayu. The activity took place since the o’clock 08.00 WIB until finishedwith a concise and up -up -TO -TO -To -Date -date event network.

Purpose and Benefits of Activities

This activity is not only a place for the inauguration ceremony, but also the learning and self -development forum for the participants. The main objectives of this activity include:

1. Improve insight and leadership skills OSIS Member.
2. Establish relationships and collaboration Between Fosses throughout West Java.
3. Confirmed and inaugurated the officials and members of the West Java OSIS Forum.
4. Provide organizational experience outside the school environment.

Atmosphere of activities at Telkom University

Since morning, the participants seemed enthusiastic to participate in each session prepared by the committee. The activity begins with participant registration And official opening by the management of the West Java OSIS Forum.

In the session Leadership campParticipants get material about:

• Effective Leadership Techniques for the younger generation.
• Modern organizational management Collaborative -based.
• Public speaking and persuasive communication.

The participants also followed the leadership simulation in the form Roleplay And the game builds the team In the Telkom University campus area, which is designed to hone the ability to cooperate, solve problems, and situational leadership.

The highlight of the event is inauguration and inauguration of the West Java OSIS Forum Management the latest period. This procession took place solemnly, with the pronunciation of the oath of office guided by representatives of the Provincial Management.
