A total of 139 participants took part in the 1st Batch of New Santri Admission Test at the Darul Ma’arif Kaplongan Islamic Boarding School

The Darul Ma’arif Islamic Boarding School held its event again New Student Admission Test (PSB) Wave I for the 2026/2027 Academic Year which took place at the Darul Ma’arif University Building, Kaplongan, Karangampel, Indramayu on Sunday, (23/11/2025).

This activity was attended by 139 participants from various areas, both within the city of Indramayu and outside the city, showed high enthusiasm to become part of the large Darul Ma’arif family.

Selection is carried out through several stages that have been arranged systematically, including:

• File Registration and Verification
• Health Test
• X-ray and Urine Test
• Walisantri Interview
• Psychological test
• Worship Practice Test
• Physical Fitness Test

The entire series of New Santri Admission tests took place in an orderly manner thanks to the cooperation of the committee, participants, and full support from parents.

Comments and Expectations from the Chief Executive

Chief Executive of PSB 2025, Ustadz Mukhibullah, S.Ag. expressed his appreciation to the entire committee and trustees.

“Thank God, the test went in an orderly and smooth manner. I appreciate the hard work of the committee and the trust of the parents who have sent their sons and daughters to take part in the selection at Darul Ma’arif. We saw excellent enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning from the participants. Hopefully, through this process, we can get prospective students who have good morals and a high commitment to studying.” he said.

He also hopes that this year’s PSB activities will be the first step in producing a generation of students who are superior both academically and spiritually.

Impressions and Expectations from Walisantri

The Islamic boarding school students who attended also gave a positive response to the implementation of this year’s test. One of the guardians of the Islamic boarding school, Mrs. Siti Mar’atusexpressed his feelings of joy.

“The test process is neat and clear. We feel calm because the children are tested not only academically, but also health, religious and mental. We hope that our children can be accepted and get the best education at this Islamic boarding school.”

Many Islamic boarding school guardians hope that PSB Darul Ma’arif activities will continue to be maintained with a professional and humanist system, thereby creating a comfortable atmosphere for participants and their families.

With the completion of this first wave of tests, the Darul Ma’arif Islamic Boarding School will continue with the next stages until the official announcement of the prospective students who have been accepted.
