Rahmat Syawal called the U23 national team, PSIS Semarang is proud

About Semarang – The proud news came from PSIS Semarang. One of his young players, Rahmat Syawal, officially received a call to take part in the training camp (TC) with the Indonesian U23 national team in Jakarta.

The training camp is scheduled to take place from June 20 to July 14, 2025 as part of preparation for two important tournaments.

This training camp is the first step of the U23 national team to face the ASEAN U23 Mandiri Cup 2025 which will be held on July 14-29 in Indonesia.

In addition, TC is also a preparation for welcoming the AFC U23 Qualifiers 2025 event which is scheduled to take place on 1-9 September. PSSI has sent an official summons with number 2747/AGB/336/VI/2025, received by PSIS management on June 15, 2025.

President Director of PT. Mahesa Jenar Semarang (MJS), Agung Buwono, welcomed this news. He expressed his pride for the election of Rahmat Syawal.

“One of the PSIS players, Rahmat Syawal, will get the U23 national team call following the training camp in Jakarta in preparation for the AFF U23 Cup and the U23 Asian Cup qualification.
